We’re looking for an data driven and result-oriented Growth Marketing, Acquisition to b**uild, manage and optimize multi-million dollar performance campaigns across main media platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Youtube) and new emerging ones. .**

Responsible for growing and optimizing our customer acquisition program to drive cost efficient customer growth at scale, being the complete owner of the metrics for the defined product funnels and platforms.

_**Expected outcomes & responsibilities**_

  • Manage day-to-day scaling actions and optimization based on rules and understanding of trends to take actions to maximize results and drive cost-efficient customer acquisition.

  • Own the budget management and results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to accomplish forecasted targets.

  • Work cross functionally to implement new tests of creatives, CRO tests with main stakeholders to accomplish our targets.

  • Deliver deep dive analysis by understanding the leading indicators impacted, developing hypotheses and delivering potential actions to take based on the data analyzed.

  • Analyze and deliver actionable insights for creative tests, CRO (product page and landing page) or media buying tests with an always-growing mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Follow up execution testing on a constantly growing pool of variables including offers, copy, creative, ad formats, landing pages, etc. across all paid social channels

  • Participate on the creative strategy plan and provide feedback to creatives production to fulfill the product funnel strategy adapted to each media platform.

  • Turn yourself into a media platform expert by being first-movers on alpha and beta tests, have ongoing conversation with Platform Reps to be on top of changes and understand future implementation from an algorithm perspective.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics and providing insights into optimizations.
