Brand Director



The Brand Director is the senior business leader responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, campaigns and overarching initiatives for our Trafilea. This leader will propel our portfolio of brands forward through clear & distinctive brand strategies, positionings, and overall architecture, to therefore translate into the most meaningful marketing campaigns and end-to-end customer experiences at scale that will drive customer love & audience growth, increase brand relevancy and ultimately deliver near- and long-term business impact. This integral role acts as a bridge between the Chief Brand Officer and the brand team to ensure strategies and processes are clear, on track and laddering into the overarching OKRs and goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement Roadmap for Brand Strategy & Customer Experience at Trafilea, consistently enrolling key cross-functional members to ensure clear communication, goals and objectives.

  • Partner with all company stakeholders to develop, implement, and scale Shapermint and Truekind’s 360-degree brand strategy in partnership with Senior Brand Managers.

  • Determine and measure the appropriate brand marketing KPIs for each category/brand

  • Weave together a tighter connection between our brand story and product story, always innovating new ways to share the Shapermint/Truekind story with the world -- and why our product matters.

  • Rally the troops: Lead creative & marketing team members on campaign ideation and execution through positive and organized communication.

  • Create and implement team objectives, hold stakeholders accountable to goals and guide them to succeed.

  • Work with leadership to constantly evolve and push forward our brand/marketing efforts and ideas.

  • Oversee social media presence to ensure we are telling a memorable and on brand story

  • Oversee overarching brand social media strategy and partner closely with Senior Social Media Manager to support content vision and execution.

  • Develop clear and compelling business cases and go to market strategies for new opportunities

  • Consistently innovate and bring new, trailblazing ideas to the table and team
