⭐Strategy Planning & Execution

Participation in the co-creation and execution of the strategy for an assigned vertical in terms of financial growth & profitability, marketing & visibility, sales, service offering, operations, scaling & team growth, customers.

Executing delivery strategies for an overseen portfolio and ownership of the margin.

Executing commercial strategy for a given vertical and/or portfolio (offering, go-to-market, marketing & business activities, new account research & strategy management, and more).
🌱 Business Development
-
Engaging actively in attracting new clients to Netguru, identifying & contributing to potential sales and growth opportunities in your portfolio.

Building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers from your portfolio & targeted markets,

Understanding and tracking key vertical trends and translating them into relevant business opportunities.
📈 Portfolio Management
- Directly cooperating with Engineering Leads and the Business Representatives to realise accounts strategy;
- Ensuring that project & product management standards and best practices are maintained across the portfolio. Being accountable for monitoring service quality, profitability, team and client satisfaction on all accounts.
- Actively identifying and removing portfolio-wide & cross-department bottlenecks within Delivery and beyond.
- Setting expectations for Business Value in projects to the account team. Responsibility for ensuring that Business Value of the product is understood and OKRs goals are set and met.
- Participating in the escalation process for both teams and clients.
- Building relationship with key stakeholders across accounts to secure smooth cooperation;
Requirements
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in delivering scalable and large projects (ideally enterprise software),
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing larger/dynamic structures and a maintaining a high-value portfolio,
- Proven track record of managing complex initiatives and serving your team as coach to achieve outstanding results,
- Total minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management,
- Been co-creating and supporting the execution portfolio strategy and account growth plans to grow business YoY (year-over-year),
- Experience in working in a customer-facing environment; preferably with a professional services background,
- Broad business and technology understanding, a good awareness of industry trends and ability to translate them into relevant opportunities,
- Ability to execute & delegate in a complex & multi-level stakeholder environment.
- Fluency in English language (both spoken and written), knowledge of Polish is a plus.
