Due to our continued growth and expansion, M3 is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Global Research division.

The mission of the Technical Project Manager is to ensure internal and external stakeholder needs are met and projects delivered on time to budget and specification. In this role, you should be analytical, an excellent communicator, demonstrate business acumen and be a dynamic problem solver.

Duties include:

  • Develops, analyze and manage project plans and appropriate project management documentation

  • Utilize established project management standards, processes, policies, methodologies, and tools established to manage timelines, resources, and budgets

  • Negotiates project plans, time frames, and trade-off with management, and apprises management of impact to project while appropriately balancing project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks

  • Interface with company leadership to align the work of the systems groups with strategic business goals

  • Collaborate with engineers, clients, and internal teams to determine the specifications of the projects

  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, making appropriate changes during project life cycle as necessary

  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with management and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

  • Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel


  • 3+ years of professional experience with exposure to software implementation

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (lean design, agile, scrum)

  • Experience using Atlassian JIRA/JIRA Cloud required

  • PMI/PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus

  • High attention to detail and strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative with an analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment

  • Experience or knowledge of market research industry an advantage
