As an early hire, you will be a core member of the leadership team with a tremendous impact on the culture and trajectory of the company. You'll work closely with the founding team to define, improve, and lead our hiring initiatives. 

This is one of the most important roles at Intricately. You will be critical to driving growth, talent management and talent retention. We are looking for a Recruiting Lead who is excited to make it their mission to help build a world-class team and strive to make our people happy ecstatic to work for Intricately.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Past experience in a recruiting / HR / Business Operations role
  • Stellar writing and communication skills (your friends say you're great at explaining things)
  • Highly organized, process oriented and driven by performance-based milestones
  • Curiosity and a love for solving problems
  • A team player and someone that thrives in collaborative fast-moving environments
