The Implementation Manager is passionate about designing amazing user experiences within our platform. As an expert on the Intellum platform and Methodology, he/she will guide partners through the implementation process in a way that maximizes their investment. This role will entail high level strategic planning to provide creative solutions for an effective registration/onboarding process and an automation of content and data appropriate to the client’s curriculum while staying in line with the overall vision of the platform. The Implementation Manager will work with internal/external teams to assess business and implementation risks, guide the technical integration process, assist with technical problem solving and manage internal resources to resolve various partner issues. Provide mentorship to the implementation specialist team for platform solutioning. This person should be passionate about tackling difficult problems, demonstrate a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and deliver results on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the platform Implementation process and special projects for existing customers
  • Leverage the Intellum Methodology for helping customers adopt and extract value from Intellum products
  • Based on expert knowledge of the platform, provide scalable solutions on how best to utilize the platform to support customers’ business objectives – employee training and/or customer education
  • Gather project requirements to design an effective end-to-end user experience
  • Assist with training partners on virtual events
  • Provide Documentation to track and improve processes
  • Create long and short term plans, set targets for milestones and adhere to deadlines
  • Identify ways to improve user experience on the platform

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an LMS administrator
  • 2+ years instructional design and/or training experience
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • Experience or education in related fields
  • SaaS software experience preferred
  • Account management experience preferred
  • Virtual Event implementation experience preferred
  • Help desk experience a plus
  • Consultative
  • People person
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience in prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working on software integrations
  • Understanding of UX principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with metrics collection, data mining, and presentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously based on priority and delivery date

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Occasional irregular work hours
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, etc.
  • Extended time viewing a computer monitor
  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
