**Position Summary **

An Implementation Support Specialist will support the Great Minds in its mission by promoting and supporting the adoption and effective implementation of PhD Science by teachers and school sites worldwide. An Implementation Support Specialist will develop and maintain knowledge of the features and advantages of PhD Science products and offerings, in order to stay up to date and have success. A Implementation Support Specialist should demonstrate exceptional professionalism and exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as wells as being proficient with technology in order to lead virtual professional development and online coaching sessions.

PhD Science seeks an experienced Implementation Support Specialist to join our dynamic, dedicated Implementation Success team. An Implementation Support Specialist:

• takes direction from senior Implementation Success team members and works independently and collaboratively to support the work of other Implementation Success staff.
• understands the philosophy and best practices that form the foundation of the Next Generation Science Standards, the curriculum, and accompanying support and resources.
• is flexible, agile, and can quickly change directions as needed to fill organizational demands and customer requirements.
• demonstrates exceptional professionalism and exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• is proficient with technology and willing and able to quickly learn new applications as needed.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Leads and supports all virtual and in-person Professional Development sessions

• Leads virtual coaching sessions

• Supports in-person coaching sessions

• Manages one or multiple projects and effectively delegates work to other team members as needed

• Attends conferences as assigned

• Facilitates presentations, workshops and webinars as assigned

• Contributes to the development of resources that support implementation success, including but not limited to:

• in-person and virtual professional development and coaching

• conference presentations and workshops

• webinars

• asynchronous videos (professional learning, distance-learning, investigation preparation, etc)

• ancillary products and resources such as those found in the Teacher Resource Pack

• Completes other tasks and duties as assigned by senior Implementation Success team members or as approved by manager

• Implementation Support Responsibilities

• Provides efficient and timely access to implementation resources and key information needed to fulfill the goal of high-quality instruction for all students

• Fosters long-term relationships with district administrators, school leaders, and teachers

• Supports sales and marketing requests

• Supports assigned implementations by following the direction of senior Implementation Success staff via defined protocols and planning structures needed to support the successful implementation of PhD Science

• Develops and maintains expertise in the catalog of PhD Science Professional Learning offerings

• Implementation Resource Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders and Implementation Success team members to outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources
  • Applies established workflow structures and processes in collaboration with stakeholders and other Implementation Success team members
  • Executes project roles and activities (ie. resource availability, outside vendors, quality controls, team workshops, etc) from initiation through delivery
  • Organizes team meetings and workshops as needed
  • Utilizes and implements feedback from stakeholders and senior Implementation Success team members
  • Conducts training opportunities as needed

• Professional Development Responsibilities
