FormAssembly is looking for a data-driven, B2B Director of Growth Marketing to lead our growth practice. In this role, you’ll work with colleagues throughout the marketing team and the wider organization to develop an overall growth strategy and then you’ll implement that strategy through a range of integrated campaign-based initiatives.

Reporting to the CMO, the Director of Growth Marketing will build and mentor a team that is responsible for generating demand, and driving conversion and expansion. This individual will oversee the website and marketing analytics, as well as campaign management, SEO/SEM, email and advertising. The ideal candidate is 100% focused on growth; including acquisition, activation and cross sell/up sell. What you’ll do

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other functions to develop strategies that drive growth across the buyer journey, including new customer acquisition and cross sell/up sell.
  • Define the appropriate mix of marketing channels and campaign elements (including account-based marketing, search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, events, content syndication, direct response online, etc.) to achieve strategic goals.
  • Own the entire closed loop demand generation process, from initial awareness to hand-off to sales; identify and drive new opportunities for acquisition growth and account expansion.
  • Oversee the website, campaign management, SEO/SEM, organic/paid search, email and paid advertising.
  • Implement metrics and reporting throughout the sales funnel. Analyze data to improve channel and campaign performance, identify trends, and make changes to optimize performance and calibrate results.
  • Identify technical improvements to our website to drive engagement, and optimize conversions and lead quality.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing vendors and agencies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B product-led growth and/or demand generation; SaaS and Government/FedRamp experience a plus.
  • Performance-oriented with a proven track record of end-to-end reporting and data-driven optimization and decision making.
  • Experience developing and driving large, integrated, cross functional campaigns from end to end.
  • Deep experience with Marketo and Salesforce. Hands-on experience with other martech tools including WordPress, RollWorks, Google Analytics, Bizible, LinkedIn campaign manager, etc.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, CMS/Website management and related technologies.
  • Proven success delivering results against targets across many workstreams, teams and agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience managing an internal team as well as demand gen and/or creative agencies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
