The Quote Administrator will support the field as it relates to the construction and submission of quotes. This individual will act as a liaison between the deal desk and order ops teams in addition to the sales enablement team as it relates to providing training content for the sales organization. The quote administrator will find opportunities to improve the quoting experience for the field while ensuring that the downstream processes flow efficiently due to the accuracy of quoting submissions.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Act as the point of contact for the field as it relates to quoting questions and submission issue resolution.
  • Work with deal desk and order ops on complex quoting motions to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify trends related to quoting issues and collaborate closely with the sales enablement, IT, deal desk, and order ops teams to ensure that the necessary training content is delivered to sales enablement for delivery to the field.
  • Share findings related to system deficiencies with the Director of Order to Cash and relevant partners in an effort to request and implement any vital system improvements.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Quote to Cash, Order Management, or Deal Desk.
  • Strong social skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention-to-detail.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and prioritize in a distributed, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership and internal partners.
  • Accustomed to working with multiple partners to resolve issues.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
