Are you a passionate Digital Marketing professional with experience in analytics and a knack for changing lives? Do you love writing, teaching, and storytelling as much as you love attribution models? Are you a dashboarding wizard who loves discussing the latest trends in the field? Then we may have the position for you.
At Trilogy Education Services, we’re creating programs to train new audiences for careers in the tech industry. Our programs are taught at leading universities across the country including the University of Pennsylvania, University of California Berkeley, Northwestern, UNC Chapel Hill, Rutgers, UT Austin, and many others. We pride ourselves on building high-quality programs that help ambitious, hardworking adults change their lives through practical skills, fundamental knowledge, and the confidence to advance their careers.
We’re looking for a top-notch professional with experience in marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and marketing reports/dashboarding. You should also bring a love for teaching, inspiring, and helping newcomers enter the field of digital marketing. The program we’re developing combines theoretical teaching with plenty of hands-on practical, skills-based training.
Who You Are:
Someone with at least 5+ years of industry experience in the digital marketing sector.
Someone with hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms. At a minimum, you should be comfortable analyzing data in tools like:
Google Ads (Search and Display)
Facebook Ads Manager
Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Someone who loves sharing their knowledge with others. It’s ideal if you’ve taught classes or led trainings on digital marketing or marketing analytics in the past. Major plus if you have experience with course development.
Someone itching to stretch their creative muscles! This position requires a great deal of ingenuity, imagination and passion. You should get excited to dream up hands-on activities that engage students with CTR, ROAS, KPIs and dashboarding!
Someone who is a lot of fun! We want the learning experience to be exciting, engaging, and a little funny. We need fun people to make this a reality!
Open to constructive criticism. Everyone can use an editor and a Curriculum Engineer is no exception! You must be open to input and feedback from both an instructional design and editorial standpoint. This means having a bit of thick skin, an enthusiasm for continual improvement, and a collaborative spirit.
Someone who can work well in a geographically distributed team. We’re a friendly group of curriculum developers located all across the country. We want someone who is comfortable bringing in expertise and new ideas while working remotely, sometimes across multiple time zones.
A multitasker. As a Curriculum Engineer, you’ll be responsible for keeping a living curriculum up-to-date for hundreds of Instructors and TAs across the country. This means managing issues, platform accounts and bug fixes.
Someone who is looking for more than just a paycheck. The Trilogy team believes that our programs change lives. Each month we hear from countless students attesting to how our program brought them new skills, landed them new jobs, and a renewed sense of confidence. This impact is what our work is really about to us.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for creating instructional activities to demonstrate key concepts from the analysis side of digital marketing.
You will be responsible for improving portions of our curriculum based on instructor and student feedback.
You will be responsible for staying abreast of technology trends and incorporating these trends into the curriculum.
Lastly, and most importantly, you will be responsible for making sure our program is the very best Digital Marketing training program it can be. We want the person in this role to feel accountable to our students’ success in the same way we do.
