We are looking for a TPM Manager to join our growing team of TPMs. The TPM Manager will lead and manage a team of skilled TPMs to drive successful landing of high priority programs. The ideal candidate has a knack for scaling execution, leads by example on fostering cross-functional partnerships, and is adept in growing a healthy and productive team.

The TPM team at 1Password acts as a force multiplier for the Tech organization by driving cross-functional, technical initiatives. We align teams both inside and outside of Tech to enable timely decisions, uncover gaps, and guide programs towards well-defined, successful outcomes. We use our communication, technical, and organizational skills to help the entire Tech org solve its highest priority problems. The TPM org supports programs across all of Tech, including Engineering, Security, Dev Ops, and IT.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years experience managing team of program managers supporting technical programs. 
• 8+ years of program management or technical program management experience.
• Passionate team builder adept at cultivating a positive and healthy environment in which everyone is supported and meaningfully challenged to deliver great work.  
• Deep focus on execution, follow-through and ownership. Willingness to deep dive challenges, able to set measurable goals, and influences team/program direction to drive outcomes forward.
• Drives simplicity - experience building simple, repeatable and scalable processes with ability to balance tactical and strategic wins.
• Excellent communicator with experience presenting to senior leaders, representing program parameters to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Accomplished at fostering cross-functional relationships and influencing alignment to drive clarity, ownership and outcomes.
• A profound respect for user privacy and information security.
• Ask lots of questions, learn from any failures, and continually stretch yourself.

• Influence healthy and positive team morale, set measurable goals, and rally TPM team to drive outcomes.

• Foster cross-functional relationships between Product, Design, and Tech teams to deliver high quality and highly reliable apps and services. 
• Build scalable and repeatable processes, lead periodic planning, prioritization discussions and productive team meetings.  
• Develop an understanding of our full technical stack to be able to facilitate complex technical conversations.
• Keep security and privacy front of mind in all aspects of your work.
• Mentor junior TPMs in the tech organization.
